City of Indianapolis turns to Constellation for Incident Management to Secure 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500

Five days before the race the Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced it had closed ticket sales for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500, IndyCar’s premier event, due to overwhelming interest. Sunday’s race is expected to be attended by more than 300,000 people — 70,000 to 100,000 more than last year, according to Indianapolis Motor Speedway owners Hulman & Company.

To help them stay on top of potential threats, the City of Indianapolis has deployed Haystax’s Constellation for Incident Management, allowing officials to monitor, report, alert and respond from a shared environment.
